General Office

POSITION: Administrative Assistant – Maintenance
HOURS: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
SALARY: Will Discuss
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job duties will include—but will not be limited to—
• Track vacation time for all maintenance employees;
• Assist Maintenance Manager and Supervisors to develop processes and checklist to improve quality;
• Track required equipment load dates and destinations;
• Create reports: Tracking plant and field equipment repairs and inspections;
• Assist with implementing the new maintenance software program;
• Input data into the maintenance software program.
• Create files for projects, tracking final costs, vendors, quotes, and hours spent during construction;
• Contact contractors for quotes during repair or improvement projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & Access; knowledge of MicroMain a plus. Must possess good interpersonal skills. Accuracy a must! A high school diploma or its equivalence is required, plus one to three years related experience and/or training. Construction background is a plus.

POSITION: Purchasing Agent
Summary: Compiles information and records to prepare purchase orders for procurement of material by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Determines method of procurement such as direct purchase or bid.
• Determines needs for required purchases based on inventory levels.
• Prepares purchase orders or bid requests.
• Reviews bid proposals and negotiates contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority.
• Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories.
• Discusses defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective action.
• Expedites delivery of goods to users.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or 5 years purchasing experience in a technical or manufacturing environment. Construction, Steel Fabrication, or Project Management experience a plus.

POSITION: Sales Estimator
The individual will work with other team members to develop detailed estimates, proposals and schedules on construction projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A B.S. degree, with a preference for a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Structural), Construction Management or a related field, is preferred; and, two to four (2-4) years of experience. Education may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, particularly, Word and Excel. A working knowledge of PowerPoint and Project is preferred. Experience with industrial, commercial, design-build and conceptual estimating are desired.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to convey project needs and company information to customer/clients; must be able to multitask and manage multiple bids and meet deadlines; must be detail-oriented; and to travel as needed. Must possess sound organizational and time management skills.

Hourly Plant Production

Position: Plate Roll Operator (Heavy)
Summary: Assembles and joins, through welding, all types of tank parts and components.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Read and understand blueprints and sketches.
• Perform 100% penetration x-ray quality welds.
• Layout work required for the fabrication of tank parts and components.
• Material handling using overhead cranes, or forklift.
• Burning of parts and components.
• Fit-up and welding tasks of all tank parts and components.
• General housekeeping.
QUALIFICATIONS: Rolling cones and heavy plate roll experience necessary. Press brake roll experience is a plus.

POSITION: Press Brake and Roll Operator
Summary: Assembles and joins, through welding, all types of tank parts and components.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Read and understand blueprints and sketches.
• Perform 100% penetration x-ray quality welds.
• Layout work required for the fabrication of tank parts and components.
• Material handling using overhead cranes, or forklift.
• Burning of parts and components.
• Fit-up and welding tasks of all tank parts and components.
• General housekeeping.

POSITION: Fabricator/Welder
Fabricates tank parts and components using various equipment, x-ray quality welding and production welding.
• Reads and understands blueprints and sketches;
• Layout work required;
• Material handling using overhead cranes, truck or forklift;
• Operates machinery to fabricate tank parts and components,and
• General housekeeping.
Must pass drug screen and background check.

POSITION: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor
HOURS: 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday
(Overtime will be required as needed)
SALARY: Will Discuss – Salary -Exempt
SUMMARY: Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment,
and in fabricating metal parts and tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Job duties will include – but will not be limited to:
*Plan and organize mechanical and related work performed by personnel;
*Supervise, schedule, assign and evaluate work of personnel;
*Provide all aspects of customer service such as scheduling appointments for inside repairs and / or outside vendors, generating work orders,
providing estimates, overseeing quality of work and accuracy of billing;
*Provide garage personnel with technical consultation on repairs and servicing.
QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will have ten years of manufacturing and mechanical experience.
